In New Braunfels there is Landa Park Municipal, and The Bandit Golf Course which i a publis course and was ranked the 8th best in Texas. San Antonio has World Class courses like La Cantera and numerous others that are sure to please!

Shopping: If you are looking for antiques, art, crafts, and other boutiques, Gruene, Texas (10 Minutes away) is right up your alley! If you are looking for mall shopping, take the 15 minutes drive north to the San Marcos Outlet Malls.

Fishing: You can fish right from your backyard and expect to catch Perch, Bass, Catfish (yellow and blue), Crappie, and more. Bring your own boat or rent one to explore all of Lake Dunlap. If you want an even bigger fishing adventure, drive 20 minutes out to Canyon Lake!
